International Conference of the Erasmus+ SwitchOff project
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming conference, "Unplug to Recharge: Empowering Remote Workers for the Future," where we will present the latest research, tools, and strategies to promote worker well-being in the remote work environment. This event aims to highlight the critical importance of mental detachment from work and explore how organizations can support employees in achieving a healthier work-life balance, particularly in the era of digitalization.
The conference will take place on 14th November, at Arterion, 69/71 Pomorska Street, Łódź.
We look forward to your participation as we explore innovative approaches to foster a culture of well-being, productivity, and sustainable work practices.
